Issue Description
Campaigns sent from organizations hosted in our EU data center are being successfully delivered, opened, and interacted with by recipients, but analytics are recording 0 opens and 0 clicks. The campaigns themselves are functioning normally — only the engagement tracking and reporting layer is affected.
What's Affected
- Organizations with data hosted in the EU data center only (US and other regions are not impacted)
- Campaigns sent with Overall, Individual, or Anonymous tracking
- Analytics dashboards, campaign reports, and any exports or API responses that surface engagement metrics
