If you belong to more than one ContactMonkey team, you can switch between your team environments directly in the Outlook 365 Add-in to insert email drafts from each team's library. This article shows you how to change your active team without leaving Outlook.
Switch to a Different Team in the Add-in
Each team you belong to has its own email library. To view and insert drafts from a different team, change your active team using the steps below.
- In Outlook, open the ContactMonkey Add-in
- Click the gear icon above the Send & Track button
- Click the Team drop-down and select your desired team
- Click Home to return to the main page
- Confirm that the email list now shows the selected team's library

Once the email list refreshes, insert a draft as you normally would: click the arrow next to any campaign to add it to your current Outlook message.
Tip: The active team also determines which team you send from. Switch teams before you build or insert your campaign so your analytics are attributed to the correct team.
Troubleshooting
Problem: The Team drop-down does not appear in settings.
Solution: You are likely assigned to only one team. Contact your ContactMonkey Admin to be added to a secondary team.
Problem: The expected emails did not appear after switching teams.
Solution: Close and reopen the Add-in to refresh the connection. If the library is still empty, that team may not have any saved campaigns yet.
