Visualize your campaign performance directly in ContactMonkey by selecting data in the Reports section and turning it into an editable chart. This article explains how to select campaigns, create a chart, edit or download it, and copy data into other tools.
Note: Customizable charts are available in Email Analytics only. This feature is not yet available in Saved Reports.
Select the Data You Want to Chart
Choose one of two methods to select the campaigns or metrics you want to visualize:
Row Selection
Apply any filters first, then use the checkboxes on the left side of the table to select specific campaigns.
Click and Drag
Click and drag across the cells you want to include in the chart.
Use row selection when you want to compare full campaigns. Use click and drag when you want to chart a specific range of cells, such as one metric across several campaigns.
Create a Chart
After selecting your data, follow these steps:
- Right-click anywhere on the selection to open the menu.
- Hover over Chart Range
- Choose a chart type
The chart docks at the bottom of the Reports page so the table stays visible above it.
Edit or Download a Chart
Use the actions menu in the top-right corner of the chart to make changes:
- Change the chart type (for example, switch from Bar to Line).
- Apply filters to refine what the chart displays.
- Download the chart as an image to share in presentations or documents.
To dismiss the chart, refresh the Reports page.

Copy Selected Data
The same selection can be reused to move data into other tools. Right-click the selected cells and choose Copy with headers. Paste into Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Excel as a properly formatted table.
Troubleshooting
Problem: The Chart Range option does not appear in the right-click menu.
Solution: Confirm that data is selected before right-clicking. Use the left-side checkboxes or click and drag across cells, then right-click on the highlighted area.
Problem: The chart disappeared after refreshing.
Solution: Refreshing the page intentionally dismisses the chart. Re-select your data and create the chart again to restore it.
Problem: The chart option is missing from a saved report.
Solution: Customizable charts are not yet supported in saved reports. Open the campaigns in Email Analytics to create a chart.
