How do I start a chat with George?
You can reach George anytime from your ContactMonkey dashboard:
- Look for the green monkey icon in the bottom corner of the dashboard
- Click the green monkey icon in the bottom left corner to open the chat window
- Type your question to start chatting with George

Note: George can answer common questions, guide you to resources, and collect details for the support team — all without waiting in a queue.
How do I reach a human support agent?
Need to speak with a person? Type Talk to a Human in the chat to connect with live support. If live chat isn't currently available, you can use the same option to leave a message, and the support team will follow up.
Note: You can ask to talk to a human at any point in the conversation — you don't need to finish chatting with George first.
What else can I do if I need help?
