Your ContactMonkey homepage is a customizable, drag-and-drop landing page you can shape around the tasks you use most. This article shows you how to rearrange, resize, add, and remove tiles, how to reset your layout, and where to find search.

What is the Custom Homepage?

The custom homepage is a per-user launchpad made of tiles that link to different parts of ContactMonkey and surface quick snapshots of your activity. Customization is optional — your default homepage stays the same until you choose to change it, and every change applies only to your account.

Note: The homepage is a launchpad, not an analytics page. Detailed email performance metrics can be found in the Analytics section.

How to Rearrange and Resize Tiles

Reorder tiles so the tools you use most appear first.

1. Click Customize at the top right of your homepage
2. Drag any tile to a new position
3. Release the tile to drop it in place
4. Click Save

To change a tile's size:

1. Select one of the three available options: 1x1, 2x1, 1x2
2. Click Save

Some tiles have a fixed size and cannot be resized:

• Recent Campaigns — 2x2 only
• Invite Users — 1x1 only
• Campaign Stats — 1x4 only

How to Add or Remove Tiles

Add tiles for the routes and snapshots you need, and remove the ones you don't.

1. Click Customize at the top right of your homepage
2. Click Add tiles
3. Choose your desired tile(s) from the picker — options include Analytics, Events, Sent Emails, and much more.
4. Click Add # tile
5. Click Save

To remove a tile, select Customize and click the x .

How to Reset Your Homepage to Default

If you want to start over, Reset returns your homepage to the standard layout.

1. Click Customize at the top right of your homepage
2. Click Reset
3. Click Save

Note: Reset only affects your layout. No emails, templates, or data are deleted.

Where to Find Search

The homepage search bar has moved to the Sent page, where you can search your sent campaigns by subject and other details.

1. Click Emails at the top of your dashboard
2. Click the Sent sub-tab and use the search bar on the top right
