If you click Continue with Microsoft in the Web Add-in for Classic Outlook and nothing seems to happen, Classic Outlook may be forcing the Microsoft sign-in window to open in the background, behind your Outlook window. Bring it to the front to finish signing in.
How do I find the hidden sign-in window and log in?
Use any of these to bring the Microsoft sign-in window to the front, then sign in as usual:
- Enter
Alt+Tabon your keyboard to switch between open windows and select the Microsoft sign-in window - Select the sign-in window from the Windows taskbar
- If you still can't see it, minimize Outlook — the sign-in window is behind it
- On a multi-monitor setup, check your other display; the window may have opened there
Once the sign-in window is in front, enter your Microsoft credentials to finish logging in.
This is a display issue only. Your ContactMonkey account and Microsoft sign-in are not affected, and you don't need to reset anything.
