Email at Scale is a ContactMonkey feature that removes sending limits and dramatically increases delivery speed for Individual and Anonymous tracking. This feature lets you send to more than 10,000 recipients per day while maintaining detailed engagement metrics—up to 16 times faster than standard Individual tracking.

How Email at Scale Works
Standard Individual tracking sends emails through your mailbox, which is limited by your email provider's throttling restrictions. Email at Scale bypasses these limitations by routing your emails through a dedicated IP address provided by ContactMonkey. This allows you to send to unlimited recipients while preserving the detailed tracking capabilities of Individual sending.
Speed comparison:
- Standard Individual tracking: 3-5 seconds per email address (approximately 1 hour for 2,000 recipients)
- Email at Scale: 16 times faster delivery
What Tracking Methods Work with Email at Scale
Email at Scale is compatible with:
- Individual tracking - Track each recipient's opens and clicks individually
- Anonymous tracking - Track engagement with anonymized recipient data
Note: Email at Scale does not work with Overall tracking, which already uses your email provider's servers for faster delivery.
Requirements and Availability
Email at Scale is available for:
- Office 365 users
- Gmail users
This feature is not available for Outlook Non-365 users.
