ContactMonkey requires cookies to maintain your login session. If you're using incognito or private browsing mode, you need to temporarily enable cookies to access your dashboard.
Note: By design, cookies cannot be enabled in Firefox private mode.
Why Use Incognito Mode with ContactMonkey
Incognito mode is useful for:
- Testing email campaigns without cached data affecting your view
- Troubleshooting login or display issues
- Accessing ContactMonkey on a shared device without saving your credentials
- Viewing unbiased analytics without personalized browser data
Temporarily Enable Cookies in Chrome Incognito Mode
- Right-click on the Chrome icon in your taskbar
- Select New Incognito window
- Go to the ContactMonkey dashboard
- Click the filters icon at the start of the address bar
- Click Cookies and site data
- Enable Third-party cookies
- Click Reload

Temporarily Enable Cookies in Edge InPrivate Mode
- Right-click the Edge icon in your taskbar
- Select New InPrivate window
- Click the lock icon at the beginning of the address bar
- Click Cookies and site data
- Disable Block third-party cookies
- Click Refresh

Troubleshooting
If you still can't access ContactMonkey after enabling cookies:
- Clear your browser cache and try again
- Disable browser extensions that might block cookies
- Check that third-party cookies are also enabled (some login systems require them)
- Try a different browser to isolate the issue
Note: Incognito mode doesn't hide your activity from your network administrator, internet service provider, or the websites you visit. It only prevents your browsing history from being saved on your device.
