Campaign Success or Alert Email
ContactMonkey Support will automatically send an email notifying you if your campaign was sent successfully or if there was an error in sending your campaign. These emails will contain the campaign ID. The success email will be delivered to you once every recipient has received your email.
Campaign Overview
You can view your campaigns in your ContactMonkey Dashboard
- Click the Emails tab in the top navigation.
- Click the Sent tab.
- Find the campaign you need assistance with and click the campaign name to open the Campaign Overview. The campaign ID will be the six-digit number at the end of the URL.
Note: If you did not receive a success or alert email and can't find the campaign in your ContactMonkey dashboard, it is most likely the campaign was sent through the regular Outlook send button and not through ContactMonkey. Another indication that the campaign was not sent through ContactMonkey will be if all the recipients are visible in the To field (since ContactMonkey will BCC other recipients) or if the links in the email the recipients received do not contain the ContactMonkey API.
We will not be able to troubleshoot email campaigns that were not sent through ContactMonkey.
