The undo feature lets you rewind or fast-forward through your recent edits while building an email.
How to Use the Undo Feature
Access the undo widget
Look for the undo widget in the bottom left corner of the Email Builder. It appears automatically when you start making edits.
Navigate your edit history
The undo timeline shows your recent edits and includes:
- Content type icon – Shows what changed (image, text, button, etc.)
- Change description – Explains what was modified and displays the new value
- Timestamp – Shows exactly when the change occurred
Click any point in the timeline to rewind or fast-forward your email to that state.
Understand the edit limit
The Undo widget displays your last 15 edits.
If you need to go back further, click Opened at the start of the timeline to undo all changes made since you opened the email in the builder.

Why isn't the Undo Feature Showing?
If you don't see the undo widget in the bottom left corner, it's likely because:
Multiple users are editing the same email
The undo feature is automatically disabled during real-time collaboration. When 2 or more team members edit the same email simultaneously, the undo widget won't appear to prevent conflicts between different users' changes.
Solution: Once other collaborators close the email, the undo feature will become available again the next time you open it for editing.
You're viewing a read-only version
If you're previewing an email without edit permissions, the undo feature won't be available.
