The ContactMonkey Add-in displays the 10 most recent emails from your email library. If an email you created isn't appearing, follow these troubleshooting steps.
Check if the Email was Saved Properly
Navigate to the email library in the ContactMonkey dashboard and locate your email. If you see it there but not in your Add-in, it may not have been saved correctly from the Email Builder.
To fix this:
- Open the email in the Email Builder
- Click Save and Exit in the top right corner
- Restart Outlook to refresh the Add-in
Update the Email Search Panel
By default, the Add-in will display emails created by you. If you wish to insert an email created by another teammate, you need to change the filter.
To view all emails:
- Open the ContactMonkey Add-in
- Click the Created by me drop-down
- Select Created by anyone
Your email should now appear in the list.
Upload the Email as HTML
If your email still doesn't appear after trying the steps above, you can manually upload it to your Add-in.
- Open the email in the Email Builder
- Click the down arrow beside Save and Exit
- Select Export as HTML
- In the ContactMonkey Add-in, click the upload icon (↑)
- Select your downloaded HTML file
