The last 5 templates that you have created in the Email Library tab (not the My Templates tab) will appear directly in your ContactMonkey add-in. If there is a template in your Email Library that is not appearing in the ContactMonkey sidebar, it could be the result of one of the reasons below:
- You may have not clicked Save and Exit in the top right corner of the Email inside the Editor.
- You may have been editing an email someone else created. In the ContactMonkey add-in, click on the dropdown that says "Created by me" and select "Created by anyone".
If the reasons above don't resolve the issue, you can export the email as HTML through the Save and Exit button, and then upload the HTML directly in the ContactMonkey add-in through the up arrow icon beside the "Created by me" dropdown.
