ContactMonkey makes it easy to analyze your email engagement by providing multiple ways to download and export analytics from your dashboard. You can easily present the metrics from a single email send or a filtered set of campaigns through the yellow Actions button.
Exporting a Single Report to CSV (Raw Data)
This option provides the most comprehensive data in a CSV file.
- Click Emails at the top of your dashboard
- Click Sent and select the email you wish to download
- Click Actions
You will see several CSV export options:
| Option | Description |
| Download Raw Data | You'll receive a list of all core metrics found in your sent email. |
| Download Raw Data and Comments | You'll receive the raw metrics plus any comments left on your surveys. |
| Download Segmented Report | Available if you send with Individual or Anonymous tracking in Outlook 365. This provides segmented stats based on your list groups - learn more here. |
| Download Unopened | Available if you send with Individual tracking. This provides a report of users who did not open the email - learn more here. |
- Select your preferred option
- The CSV report will be emailed to you within a few minutes
Timezone Note: If you are downloading the report in a different timezone than the original sender, the raw data download will respect your timezone, meaning all send times in the report will be automatically adjusted.
Exporting a Single Report as a PDF
You can export any individual email's report as a PDF document. This is useful for distributing a clean, visual representation of your email's performance.
- Click Emails at the top of your dashboard
- Click Sent and select the email you wish to download
- Click Actions
- Click Print
- In the print window, change the destination to Save as PDF (or your browser's equivalent option)
- Click Save
