ContactMonkey's Reports dashboard helps you measure the success of your internal communication emails through customizable analytics. Track open rates, click rates, read times, and engagement metrics to make data-driven decisions about your communications strategy.

Who Can Access Reports
Reporting is available for all plan levels. Your user role determines what data you can view:
- Basic User: View, save, download, edit, and delete reports for your own emails only. Create saved reports for yourself only.
- Manager: View, edit, and download email performance data for all users on your team.
- Administrator or Owner: View, edit, and download reports for all teams and users in your organization.
Accessing the Reports Dashboard
- Click Reports at the top of your ContactMonkey dashboard
- You'll see two main tabs:
- Email Analytics - View all email performance data
- Saved Reports - Access your saved custom reports
Understanding the Email Analytics Table
The Email Analytics table displays performance data for your sent emails. You can customize what information appears by adding or removing columns.
Default Columns
These columns appear automatically when you open Email Analytics:
- Subject
- Sent Date
- Tracking Type
- Recipient Count
- Open Rate
- Click Rate
Sorting Data
Click the three-dot menu item next to any column title to access the following options:
- Pin column left/right
- Autosize
- Reset columns to default
Adding or Removing Columns
Click the Columns menu on the far right of the screen to customize your view. Toggle columns on or off based on what metrics you need.

- Email Summary
- Dynamic Content
- Opens/Clicks
- Read Time
- Audience Engagement
- Social Channels
Viewing Reports by Team
If you have access to multiple teams, you may access their respective reports by using the drop-down menu at the top right.
