Reset your Outlook token when you can't send emails through ContactMonkey after changing your Outlook password or after a period of inactivity. This reconnects your Outlook account to ContactMonkey.
Outlook 365
1. Open Outlook and create a new message
2. Open the ContactMonkey Add-in and click the gear icon in its top right
4. Click Log Out
5. Click Sign in with Microsoft to reconnect your account
6. Send an email to yourself to confirm the token reset worked

Dashboard Sending
- Click your name at the top right of the ContactMonkey dashboard
- Click Settings
- Click Integrations
- Sign out of the Office 365 Integration tile
- Click Sign In to reconnect your Microsoft account
- Send an email to yourself to confirm the token reset worked

Still can't send after resetting?
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then repeat the token reset steps. If the issue persists, contact ContactMonkey support with your error message.
