ConfidenceCheck is an AI-powered assistant that reviews your email drafts before you send them. It catches spelling errors, identifies broken links, and flags inconsistencies.
Prerequisites
All accounts can enjoy full ConfidenceCheck access through March 8, 2026. Afterward, available features will align with plan type.
What ConfidenceCheck Reviews
ConfidenceCheck analyzes key areas of your email:
- Spelling and typos - Catches obvious misspellings and typos that could undermine your credibility
- Link validity - Identifies broken or malformed links and flags instances where a URL doesn't seem to match its context (such as a link labeled "Download guide" that points to an unrelated page)
- Consistency - Flags inconsistent brand names, terminology, or key details (for example, "ContactMonkey" vs. "Contact Monkey")
- Read time - Estimates read time by combining the time needed to read your text with the time needed to view your images, to give you an accurate prediction of how long recipients will spend reading your email
- Word count - Acts as a useful reference to help you create concise, scannable content and ensure high engagement and response rates
ConfidenceCheck automatically detects your email's language and works with English, French, and other languages. You control all changes — ConfidenceCheck only suggests improvements and never modifies your email without your approval.

Understanding Your Results
ConfidenceCheck organizes feedback by category, including:
- Read Time + Word Count - Click here to learn more about how this is calculated
- Any potential issues or conflicts - What ConfidenceCheck identified
- Location - Clicking on the result will select the corresponding email element and focus it on screen
Review each suggestion and decide whether to apply it. ConfidenceCheck provides recommendations, but you make the final decisions about your content.
When to Use ConfidenceCheck
Run ConfidenceCheck for:
- High-stakes communications - Executive announcements, company-wide updates, or customer-facing messages
- Large audiences - Emails going to hundreds or thousands of recipients
- Time-sensitive messages - When you need accuracy without time for multiple human reviews
- Complex emails - Messages with multiple links, detailed information, or technical content
You can run ConfidenceCheck at any point while creating your email. Run it once before your final review, or as you draft and refine your message.
What ConfidenceCheck Doesn't Do
ConfidenceCheck focuses on clarity and obvious errors, but has specific limitations:
- Grammar checking - ConfidenceCheck catches obvious spelling errors, but won't identify all grammatical or style issues
- Factual accuracy - ConfidenceCheck cannot verify that statistics, dates, or other facts are correct
- Link destinations - ConfidenceCheck identifies broken links and potential mismatches, but cannot confirm that a working link points to your intended destination
- Organization context - ConfidenceCheck analyzes your email content without full context about your organization, audience, or communication goals
- Real-time collaboration - ConfidenceCheck analyzes the current version only and doesn't track changes between reviews
ConfidenceCheck complements human review but doesn't replace editorial judgment.
