If the support chat button is covering the undo controls in your Email Builder, you can remove it by refreshing the page. This issue only occurs if you previously opened the chat widget on another page in the ContactMonkey dashboard.

Why This Happens
The support chat widget remains open across different pages in the ContactMonkey dashboard when you use it. In the Email Builder, the chat button appears in the bottom-left corner—the same location as the undo and redo controls—which blocks access to these features.
How to Remove the Chat Button
Follow these steps to remove the chat button and regain access to your undo controls:
- Click Save and Exit to preserve any unsaved changes to your email
- Reopen your draft in the Email Builder
- Refresh your browser page
Note: The chat button will only reappear in the Email Builder if you open the support chat on another dashboard page and then navigate back to the Builder.
Alternative Workaround
If you need to undo changes immediately without refreshing, you can use keyboard shortcuts:

Mac: Press
CMD+Zto undo
These keyboard shortcuts work even when the chat button is blocking the visual undo controls.
