Issue Description
Users attempting to open the Email Builder are encountering the following error message: Failed to initialize the editor. Please reload the page to try again.
Additionally, attempts to send emails are stuck in progress.
What's Affected
This issue is affecting all regions, browsers, and email clients.
Temporary Workaround
To regain access to the Email Builder, Administrators should follow these steps:
- Click your name at the top right of the ContactMonkey dashboard
- Click Settings
- Click Branding
- Click Save changes
- Load your desired draft in the Email Builder

There is currently no workaround for stuck email sends.
