Access from "Email" Tab
To access your templates, go to the "Email" tab in your ContactMonkey dashboard. Once there, you should see "My Templates".
What are Templates?
Templates are the base from which you can create emails. Once you create a template, you can select "Create New Email" to use it to build an email.
Action Dropdown Explained
- Edit
- This allows you to edit the template within the builder. Note that editing the template here does not create a new email. To do this, select "Create New Email" and select your template. Learn more here.
- Delete
- This deletes the template. Note that when you delete a template, it cannot be recovered!
Search and Filter
We’ve implemented a search & filter option on our “Create new email” page which allows users to easily find pre existing templates created by team members.
