You can see where your recipients are located and which locations have the highest engagement with your email campaigns.
Steps to View Geolocation Data
- Click Emails at the top of your dashboard
- Click Sent and select the campaign you want to review
- Locate the Best Performing Locations section
- Select the list icon to see a detailed breakdown by city
This section displays a breakdown of engagement metrics by geographic location, showing you which areas had the highest open rates, click-through rates, and overall engagement.
Filter Analytics by Location (Outlook 365 Only)
If your organization uses Outlook 365, you can use segmented email stats to filter recipient analytics by location. This feature helps you understand how engagement differs across geographic regions and make data-driven decisions about your internal communications strategy.
