Bulk download lets you export raw data from up to 10 campaigns at once as a single CSV file, sent directly to your email. This saves time when you need to analyze, report on, or archive data across multiple campaigns without exporting each one individually.
Note: Bulk download is only available from the Sent tab.
How to Bulk Download Campaign Data
Follow these steps to export data from multiple campaigns at once:
- Click Emails → Sent in the ContactMonkey dashboard
- Use the checkboxes on the left-hand side of each row to select the campaigns you want to download — you can select up to 10
- Click the vertical three-dot menu item in the top-right corner
- Select Download X Campaigns (where X is the number of campaigns you selected)
- A CSV report will be generated and emailed to the address associated with your ContactMonkey account

What's Included in the CSV
The CSV contains the raw tracking data for every selected campaign, combined into a single file. This format is designed to be easy to filter, sort, and analyze in spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets, or to import into a BI tool. Each row represents a recipient-level data point, so you can break down performance by campaign, recipient, or engagement metric.
How You'll Receive the Report
The bulk download is delivered by email rather than downloaded directly in your browser. Once you confirm the action, ContactMonkey will process the export and send the CSV to the email address on your account. Processing time depends on the number of campaigns and recipients included. For large exports, allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.
Troubleshooting
The "Download X Campaigns" option is missing from the menu.
Confirm you have at least one campaign selected via the left-hand checkboxes and that you are on the Sent tab. The option only appears once one or more campaigns are selected.
You need to download more than 10 campaigns.
Select 10 campaigns, download them, then repeat the process with the next batch. The 10-campaign limit applies per export.
The CSV email has not arrived.
Check your spam or junk folder. If it still has not arrived after 15 minutes, confirm the email address on your account is correct and contact support@contactmonkey.com.
