If your organization has multiple teams, the Team toggle lets Admins see campaigns from every team on a single Dashboards page — no switching teams one by one. You can browse, filter, and export across all teams in one place.

The Team toggle is available to Admins only.
How to View Analytics Across All Teams
- Click Analytics at the top of the ContactMonkey dashboard
- Click Current team → All teams
- Click Apply
- Browse, filter, download, and save reports as usual. The campaign grid now shows every team's campaigns, and a Team Name column identifies which team each campaign belongs to. Exports include campaigns from all teams.
How the All Teams Filter Behaves
- It resets when you switch teams. Moving to a different team turns the toggle off and shows only that team's campaigns.
- It stays on when you drill into a campaign. Open a campaign overview, then go back, and the All Teams view is still active.
- It stays on when you open a saved report. The All Teams view is waiting for you when you return.
- Your column widths and order are preserved when you switch between views.
- It does not persist across sessions. Re-enable it each time you log in.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do saved reports work in the All Teams view?
Saved reports are always scoped to the team you're in when you save them, not as a cross-organization report. If a Manager on that team can view the report, they'll see only their own team's campaigns within it — never data from other teams.
