If someone at your organization invited you to ContactMonkey, you'll receive an email from ContactMonkey Support with the subject "You've been invited to join ContactMonkey". Activate your account from that email before you sign in anywhere else. If the invitation didn't arrive or shows an error, use the steps below.
If the Invitation Didn't Arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Ask your IT team whether the email was quarantined, and to release it and allow ContactMonkey's emails
- Ask your ContactMonkey admin to resend the invitation
If You See "Email Already in Use"
Your account already exists, so don't sign up again. Sign in instead with Continue with Microsoft, or the SSO or Google option your organization uses. If your organization signs in with a password, follow How to Reset Your ContactMonkey Password.
If You Signed In Before Activating
Signing in at the ContactMonkey website or in the Outlook Add-in before you've accepted your invitation can cause errors. Open the invitation email and click the activation link first, then sign in.
For Admins: Resend an Invitation
- Click your name at the top right of the ContactMonkey dashboard
- Click Settings → Roles & Access
- Select Users, find the user — they must show Pending status
- Click the ellipses (…) next to their name and select Resend invite
