Re-target recipients who haven't opened your email by downloading a list of non-openers. This feature is only available for campaigns sent with Individual tracking.
Steps to Download Unopened Recipients
- Click Emails at the top of your dashboard
- Click Sent and select the email you wish to download
- Click Actions
- Select Download Unopened Report
- You will be sent an email with a CSV file containing all unopened recipients - this typically takes a few minutes, depending on your list size
