This article provides instructions on how to send emails to a contact list created using ContactMonkey's List Management feature. SMS users can send to contact lists by following the steps here.

Outlook 365

1. Open the ContactMonkey Add-in in Outlook
2. Click Contact Lists
3. Click Select Contact List
4. Select your desired contact list(s) and click Save - do not populate the "To" field
   • Click the X beside any lists you wish to remove
5. Click Send & Track when you're ready to send your email

Dashboard Sending

1. Click Emails in the top menu of the ContactMonkey dashboard
2. Click Compose & Send
3. Click the Send to field
4. Select your desired contact list(s) from the drop-down menu
   • Click the X if you need to remove specific contact lists, or the garbage can icon if you need to remove every list that was selected
5. Fill in the remaining fields and click Send now when you're ready to send your email
