Important: If you delete files from the File Manager after sending emails that contain those assets, the images and links will appear broken in your sent communications.

How Broken Links Occur

When files are removed from the File Manager, any emails previously sent that reference those files will display:

Recovery Solution

If you accidentally delete a file that's being used in sent emails:

1. Upload the replacement file to your File Manager
2. Use the exact same filename as the deleted file
