When using ContactMonkey's Outlook Non-Web Add-in, you can schedule your emails to send at a specific time using Outlook's built-in Delay Delivery feature.

Process

1. In Outlook, insert your ContactMonkey email as you usually would
2. Before sending, click the Options tab in your message window
3. Select Delay Delivery
4. In the pop-up, check the box next to Do not deliver before
5. Enter your desired send date and time
6. Click Close to save your settings
7. Click Send - your email will remain in your Outlook outbox until the scheduled time

Important Notes

• Your computer and Outlook must remain open for the scheduled email to send
• You can edit or cancel scheduled emails from your Outbox before the delivery time
• This feature uses Outlook's native scheduling, not ContactMonkey's scheduling system
