Share your email drafts with colleagues on different teams within your ContactMonkey account. When you share a draft, the recipient gets a complete copy they can edit independently.
How to Share an Email Draft
- Click Emails at the top of your dashboard
- Click Actions next to the draft you want to share
- Select Share
- Enter the recipient's email address in the pop-up window
- Click Share
What Happens After Sharing
Once you share a draft:
- A copy appears immediately in the recipient's default team
- The recipient receives an email notification with a direct link to the template
- The original creator's name remains attached to the template
- Both you and the recipient can edit your respective copies independently
Note: Sharing creates a copy of the draft. Changes made to your version won't affect the recipient's copy, and vice versa.
