Sharing Emails via ContactMonkey

ContactMonkey allows users to share emails across different teams set up on their accounts. This can all be done right within the ContactMonkey dashboard and enables users to share emails with the Customer Support team:

To Share Emails follow these steps:

  1. Open up your email library?
  2. Choose which email you would like to share and click "Actions" Screenshot
  3. Select "Share Email," and a pop-up will appear, prompting you to enter the desired email address.

  4. Within seconds, a copy of your shared email will appear in the recipient's default team. So that you know, the creator will show up as the original creator. 
  5. The recipient will also receive an email confirming the share was successful and a link to the shared email within their default team. 

What happened to export via JSON?

This feature is still possible with our tool. However, we have released sharing emails via a link to make things easier for your team as you collaborate on your branded sends.
