A contact list is a saved group of recipients in your ContactMonkey Directory that you can select and reuse across SMS campaigns. This article shows you how to send an SMS campaign to a contact list you've already created. To send to a one-time group of recipients instead of a saved list, click here.
If your organization has the Mail tool, you must switch to the SMS view first by clicking your name at the top right of the dashboard and selecting Switch to SMS.
