Sending limits are restrictions imposed by a customer's provider on the emails that they can be sent. They are mainly controlled by a customer's provider (e.g. Microsoft and Google). There are some options and add-ons that ContactMonkey can provide to work around some of these restrictions or increase them.

Individual/Anonymous Sending
ContactMonkey's Individual Sending process involves sending emails to each recipient individually to provide tracking data for each person. For example, if you are sending to 24 recipients after the recipients have been deduplicated (e.g. a person shows up twice in the lists, and only receives one email), then 24 emails will be sent out using the user's email box, utilizing a portion of the overall sending limit for the day.
Anonymous sending uses the same structure but anonymizes the data that is received.
Overall Sending
ContactMonkey's Overall Sending process involves sending emails to the recipients through the distribution lists' email addresses (e.g. the distribution list for the EMEA Team would be emeateam@xyz.com) and a single email will be sent in most cases, so long as the # of recipients does not exceed 500.
In the case it exceeds 500, ContactMonkey's platform will send out multiple emails of 500 to get around the restriction set by the provider.
