Best Practices for Event Creation
Use Clear, Concise Titles
Keep event names short and descriptive so recipients immediately understand what the event is about.
Optimize Event Descriptions
Include key details that will help recipients decide whether to attend. Consider asking questions in the description to encourage engagement.
Use Short Links for Virtual Meetings
For Zoom, Teams, or other video conferencing platforms, use shortened URLs (e.g., https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81706230895) rather than long meeting links.
Preview Before Sending
Carefully review all event details in the preview. Once an event is sent in a campaign, it becomes live and can no longer be edited.
