The Actions menu provides quick access to essential email management functions. Use these tools to edit, send, organize, and share your email content efficiently. Click here for an overview of the Emails section of your dashboard.
Accessing Email Actions
- Navigate to your email library in the dashboard
- Locate the email you want to manage
- Click Actions next to the email name
- Select your desired action from the dropdown menu

Available Actions
Edit Settings
- Change the name of the campaign
- Add/remove tags
- Enable/disable Dynamic Content and/or Multi-Language
Edit Design
- Opens email in the Email Builder
- Make content, design, or formatting changes
- More information here
Save as Template
- Saves a copy of the email as a reusable template
- Available for emails created by anyone
- Stored in the My Templates section
- Original email remains in the email library
- Useful for creating template variation
Duplicate
- Creates an exact copy in your email library
- Useful for creating variations or backups
- Each team member can edit their copy independently
Share
- Distributes email access across your organization
- Recipients can view and use the email
- Maintains original email ownership

Delete
- Permanently removes the email from the library
- ⚠️ Cannot be undone - proceed with caution
- Consider using tags to hide emails instead
- Ensure you have backups if needed
