Making images clickable is a powerful way to drive engagement in your emails. This article shows you how to add hyperlinks to image blocks in ContactMonkey so recipients can click images to visit websites, download files, or take other actions.
Quick Start Guide
- In the Email Builder, select the image you want to link to open the properties menu
- Under the Action section, paste your destination link in the Url field

Make call
- Purpose: Allow recipients to call directly from their device
- Best for: Contact information, support hotlines, emergency numbers
- Mobile-friendly: Automatically opens the phone app on mobile devices
Send SMS
- Purpose: Open the recipient's texting app with a pre-filled number
- Best for: Quick contact options, support lines, survey responses
- Mobile-optimized: Works seamlessly on smartphones and tablets
Embedding Files
Link directly to files uploaded in your ContactMonkey File Manager by clicking Link file
