The Saved Views feature in the Email Analytics page lets you customize and save your column layout so that every time you return to the page, your preferred view is ready to go — no manual adjustments needed.
What You Can Save
When you save a view, your preferences are stored for:
- Column placement: the order of your columns
- Column width: how wide each column appears
- Sidebar state: whether the Columns and Filters sidebar is open or closed
How to Save, Restore, or Reset Your View
At the bottom of the table on the Email Analytics page, you'll find three buttons:
| Button | What It Does |
| Save Columns | Saves your current column layout and sidebar state |
| Restore Columns | Returns to your previously saved state |
| Reset Columns | Resets columns back to the default configuration |
Steps to save your view:
- Click Reports at the top of the ContactMonkey dashboard
- Arrange your columns and sidebar to your preferred layout
- Scroll to the bottom of the table
- Click Save Columns

How Long Does My Saved View Persist?
Your saved view will stick around through:
- Browser refreshes
- Logging out and back in
- Navigating to other parts of the app and returning
- Switching between teams
Things to Keep in Mind
- Browser-specific: Your saved view is stored in your browser. If you switch to a new device or browser, your saved view won't carry over.
- Clearing cookies: If you clear your browser cookies, your saved state will be reset.
