Preview Options
Reusable Survey Preview
- Use Preview Survey button in the survey creation panel
- Shows how the survey appears on its dedicated landing page
- Custom branding may not display in the preview, but will appear in actual emails

- Shows survey question layout within your email

How to Test Your Survey
- Send an email to yourself and any applicable stakeholders using Send & Track (Outlook 365 Add-in), Send now (Dashboard Sending), or the native Outlook Send button (Non-365 Add-in)
- Click through the survey as a recipient would
- Verify survey appearance and functionality
- Check that responses can be submitted successfully
⚠️Important: Using Send Test will not work, as the survey will still be in draft mode.
Pre-Send Checklist
Before sending your survey campaign to your recipients, verify that:
- Survey question displays correctly
- Survey buttons/options are properly formatted
- Survey link directs to the correct landing page
- Responses can be successfully submitted
- Survey branding matches your expectations
- Character limits are respected in all fields
