Available Survey Types
1. Thumbs Up
The most direct way for recipients to express approval.
Best for: Quick pulse checks
2. Thumbs Up/Down or Yes/No
Simple binary responses for quick agreement/disagreement questions.
Best for: Policy acknowledgments, simple preferences
3. Star Rating
Scale-based feedback using star ratings (1-5 scale).
Best for: Event satisfaction, content quality, service ratings
3. Emoji Rating
Visual emoji responses to capture emotional reactions.
Best for: Meeting feedback, morale checks, reaction to announcements
4. eNPS Rating
Measures likelihood to recommend (1-10 scale) - more information can be found here.
Best for: Company satisfaction, department feedback, post-event measurement
How to Create a Single Use Survey
Single use surveys are created within the Email Builder as you compose your email. For best results, include a simple question or prompt to accompany your survey.
- Locate the Title content block and drag it to your desired position within your email on the left
- Update the text to include a question or prompt (the simpler, the better)
- Locate the Surveys content block and drag it underneath your question/prompt within the same row
- Click Insert Survey → Single use survey
- Click the blue arrow beside your desired survey type to insert
